Health Tip: OSI rule

Eat foods rich in calcium and vitamin D. Calcium and vitamin D are important to your bone health. Eat a balanced diet with a variety of fruits and vegetables, grains, and non-fat or low-fat dairy products that are naturally high in calcium and vitamin D.

Sunshine is also a good source of vitamin D. If you are not getting enough calcium and vitamin D in your diet, supplements can be helpful.

Welcome to the OSI Group

Welcome to the OSI Group's Web site, your resource for information regarding your orthopedic health care. The physicians at the OSI Group provide a full range of medical and surgical treatments.

Our goal is to work closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan that helps them resume a normal lifestyle as soon as possible. Although all of our doctors are board-certified surgeons, each patient's treatment plan varies and may include medical treatment, physical therapy, or both, to treat the patient's health concern.
