Health Tip: OSI rule

Eat foods that are high in calcium. Milk, yogurt, cheese, canned salmon with bones, broccoli, canned sardines and fortified foods such as fruit juices, cereals, breads, and soy products are excellent sources of calcium.

Welcome to the OSI Group

Welcome to the OSI Group's Web site, your resource for information regarding your orthopedic health care. The physicians at the OSI Group provide a full range of medical and surgical treatments.

Our goal is to work closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan that helps them resume a normal lifestyle as soon as possible. Although all of our doctors are board-certified surgeons, each patient's treatment plan varies and may include medical treatment, physical therapy, or both, to treat the patient's health concern.
